The monster is my intrusive thoughts. Everything feels chaotic right now, so my brain naturally replicates that chaoticness regardless of if I want it to or not, and the monster is that replication. I am constantly asking myself “what the fuck is that? What was I thinking? Am I creating my own personal hell, even when my life is already deep in the depths of hell?” Why is it that we are even capable of doing that to ourselves, of making something that's already bad, worse. It’s self sabotage.
